Eligibility for Refunds

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will rectify the error by issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom ID cards
  • Personalized certificates
  • Monogrammed or customized leashes, harnesses, or vests

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submission to ensure all details are accurate.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if necessary.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned outside of the specified 14-day window
  • Products that show signs of wear or misuse
  • Personalized items, as mentioned above
